By downloading or using AmbianceX you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use AmbianceX on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app.
Power, color and brightness control on the phone are free. AmbianceX Pro unlocks the effects, scenes, automatic light, welcome effect and control from Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
AmbianceX works with supported Bluetooth ambient light boxes (device names starting with "Pocket", "ATW", "LEDBLE", "LEDDMX", "LEDCAR" or "LED"). We cannot guarantee that every box or firmware version works. AmbianceX is an independent app and is not affiliated with any light kit maker or car manufacturer; all product names are trademarks of their owners.
Do not let the app distract you while driving; set up the lights before you drive or use the car screen only when it is safe. Follow the laws of your country about interior and colored vehicle lighting. You use the app and the light kit at your own risk.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage to your vehicle, light kit or other property, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app.
We may update these terms; the new version will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Uygulama "olduğu gibi", hiçbir garanti olmadan sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan araç, ışık kiti veya başka mala gelecek zararlardan ya da dolaylı kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yeni sürüm yeni tarihle bu sayfada yayımlanır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
